 江西瑞林装备技术有限公司（简称瑞林装备）前身为江西省金昌冶金工程科技有限公司，成立于1999年12月。瑞林装备是中国瑞林工程技术有限公司（简称中国瑞林）的全资子公司，是中国瑞林的技术装备开发与推广平台。负责中国瑞林在工程设计、工程承包、设备供货等业务范围中的技术产品化和产业化工作，承担中国瑞林拥有的专利、专有技术的设备、装置和系统的成套工作。
Jiangxi Nerin Equipping Technology Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter refer to Nerin Equipping) has been formed on the base of Jiangxi Jinchang Metallurgical Engineering Company established in Dec., 1999. It’s solely subjective to China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter refer to China Nerin) and is responsible for developing and promoting of technologies and equipment within the scope of engineering design, engineering contracting and equipment supply of Nerin. It’s also engaged in forming the patented technologies , equipment and system of Nerin as a whole set of product introduced to the market.
